Priscilla Presley's Childhood Devastation - Child Bride Ch. 6

Now it's time for Chapter 6 of 1997's "Child Bride" by Suzanne Finstad called "Secret's Revealed."
It was inevitable. Priscilla was always going to find out the TRUTH about where she came from and why she always felt "different" from her brothers and sisters. In this chapter, Priscilla learns the devastating story about her real father - a memory kept from her for over a decade, and how the deceit changed her self perception and way she viewed the world- forever after.

There was a woman who Elvis was in love with and had (allegedly) asked to marry him- LONG BEFORE he met Priscilla - Debra Paget. In this chapter, let's learn about Elvis' love for this shy and beautiful Hollywood Starlet, and also about Priscilla's Mother Ann's insatiable desire for her daughter to be loved and adored so she could (allegedly) live vicariously through her daughter.
