Ep 30 - Fix Dry Summer Skin with the Right Products

Hey Ladies! In today's episode I want to help you to keep your skin soft and hydrated in the summertime. Our skin is constantly assaulted and at risk of dryness in the summertime - this is because of the hot blazing sun, and constant air conditioning- which can do a number on our skin just like running the indoor heat in the wintertime! 
Despite this, a lot of us are not hydrating and protecting our skin properly in the summertime. Today, I go beyond talking about using SPF and going into exactly how you can really pamper yourself. Armed with the right non greasy creams and body oils in the summer time you will no doubt have hydrated and glowing skin! 
I will include exactly how I use creams and oils on the skin in the summer, without them feeling greasy or sticky. I also go into a self tanner alternative if you really just can't be bothered with a full self tanning routine!
